The foundation of our dairy operation is the health and welfare of our herd. Our cattle are predominantly Holstein-Friesian, the breed that has defined British dairy farming for generations. These animals are renowned for their milk production capacity, docile temperament, and adaptability to the British climate.
Our cows spend as much of the year as weather permits grazing on the open pastures of Armswell Farm. The chalk downland grasses provide a natural, mineral-rich diet that contributes to both animal health and milk quality.
We work closely with our veterinary surgeons to maintain herd health through preventive care, regular testing, and prompt treatment when needed.

Milk is collected under strict hygienic conditions and cooled rapidly to preserve freshness and prevent bacterial growth. Our milking parlour is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
We supply fresh milk and dairy products through wholesale channels to businesses across Dorset and the South West. Our products are valued for their quality, freshness, and traceability.
